Getting your medication here is easy.

Whether you're refilling an existing prescription or moving over from another pharmacy, here's what to expect.

Refilling a prescription

  1. Call or stop by

    Give us a call at (818) 290-3834 with your name and prescription number, or come in and we'll pull it up for you.

  2. We check for refills remaining

    If your prescription is out of refills, we'll reach out to your provider's office directly for authorization — no extra work for you.

  3. Pick up or get it delivered

    Swing by the pharmacy, or let us know if you'd like it delivered to your door at no charge.

Transferring from another pharmacy

  1. Reach out to us

    Call, email, or stop in and let us know you'd like to transfer a prescription.

  2. Share a few details

    We'll need the patient's name and date of birth, the medication name, and the name and phone number of your current pharmacy.

  3. We handle the rest

    Our team contacts your previous pharmacy directly to transfer the prescription — most transfers are ready the same day.
